Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place my order?

To place your order, follow these steps•Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size. You can check out our size guide for reference.
•Once you’re done, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button.
•After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
•From there, you can either log in to your existing TFS account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
Once you’re done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Complete Order’.

What to do if I am having Issue with Product Fit?

You can get the product exchanged for the right size. Email us at jhinukwear@gmail.com

What if I just don't like the Product?

We are sorry that you don't like the product - You can get them returned within 7 days.

Q. What should I do if my payment fails?

If your payment fails, please retry the transaction while keeping the following points in mind:

  1. Verify Details: Ensure that the information you’ve provided is accurate, including account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking).
  2. Check Internet Connection: Confirm that your internet connection was stable during the payment process.

If your account has been debited despite the payment failure, the amount is usually reversed to your bank account within 10 business days.

How can I get my orders delivered faster?

Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.

I wish to add a few more products in my order. Will it be possible?

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

Q. Why is the Cash On Delivery (COD) option not available?

If the Cash On Delivery (COD) option is not appearing, it means this service is unavailable for your postal code.

You can:

  1. Choose to pay using Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
  2. Opt to have the products delivered to an alternate address where COD is available.

How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

Order Confirmation and Updates

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp message with your order details and Order ID.

When your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email and SMS/WhatsApp update with the shipping details.

After that, just sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome product(s) to arrive! 😊

How do I check the status of my order?

After successfully placing your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order details. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email, SMS, and WhatsApp.

In the event of any unexpected delay in shipping, we will promptly inform you with an update, including the reason for the delay and revised shipping and delivery timelines.

If you encounter any other issues, face further delays, or require urgent delivery, please reach out to us at jhinukwear@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?

Yes you can within 2 days of placing your order.Use the same email for address change request that was used to purchase.

Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?

You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS's after registering with us. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.

The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.

In case I return the products, will the COD/Shipping charges be credited back?

No. These are charges applicable each time an order is placed and are non-refundable.

My product has been picked up but I have not got my refund yet.

  • If it has been 48-72 hours since the order has been picked by our courier partner and if the refund is not processed, please email us at jhinukwear@gmail.com and we will sort it out for you.
