Return/Exchange Policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be in its original condition as received—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted:

• You must request for return within the first 3 days of delivery, we will arrange a reverse pickup for your order.
• We will provide you detailed reverse shipping instructions, and within the 7th day of delivery item will be picked up.

Please note that items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted. Make sure to include your Order ID in the email when submitting your return request.

For Prepaid Orders:

The full amount is refunded into your initial payment mode (bank account, credit card, etc.)

For Cash On Delivery:

A refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising a return.

We offer free exchanges, so you won't incur any additional charges to exchange your product(s). It's on us because we want your experience to be completely hassle-free!

Exchange and Return Policy

• Free Exchanges: We offer free exchanges for size issues or replacement with a correct product of the same value. A reverse pickup will be arranged at no additional cost.
• Higher-Value Exchanges: If the exchange product has a higher value, the price difference must be paid online.
• Return Charges: In rare cases where returns are accepted without delivery issues or incorrect orders, ₹100 will be deducted from the refund to cover reverse pickup costs due to increased logistics expenses.
• Refunds: Refunds will be provided as a store coupon code, wallet credit, or direct cash transfer, redeemable at www.jhinuk.in for future purchases. Store coupon codes will be issued within 24 hours of return approval.
• Design/Color Variations: Slight variations in color or design from the website, social media, or advertisements are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• Customer Responsibility: If a defect is determined to result from customer actions or negligence, no refund will be issued. Do not accept damaged packages upon delivery to avoid such disputes.
• Eligibility: We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges if the merchandise does not meet our criteria.
• One-Time Exchange/Return: Each order is eligible for only one exchange or return. For a second exchange, ₹100 will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
• If canceled after 12 hours but before shipping, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund.
• If the order has shipped and is later rejected upon delivery, ₹150 will be deducted to cover shipping and return shipping costs.
• Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 4–5 working days via UPI, Google Pay, or bank transfer.

Additional Terms

• Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable. If no COD charge is applied, ₹99 will be deducted from the refund.
• Reverse pickup charges of ₹150 per 500 gms may apply, payable online or deducted from the refund.
• Free exchanges are available for size issues, but refunds are not provided.
• If the product is rejected at delivery, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and return costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This will allow us to assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

• Products that have been used or washed cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• To report an issue, email us at jhinukwear@gmail.com or reach out on WhatsApp. Ensure you include clear images of the product highlighting the defect, along with the original packaging.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Scenarios

• We are unable to process returns if the product is damaged, worn, altered, cut, or missing its original tags.
• Returns are not accepted for items purchased on sale or for gift cards.
• Products purchased from The New Variety Stores are eligible for return or exchange only if they are returned within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange for a Different Product ?

If you'd like to exchange your item, you can choose a different product as a replacement.

• If the replacement product's value is higher than the original item, you can simply pay the difference.
• If the replacement product's value is lower, the difference will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card.
