Refund Policy

We will inform you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at jhinukwear@gmail.com.

All disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of  West Bengal only.

Kindly use the same email address used for the purchase when reaching out to us and avoid sending multiple emails for the same query. Please allow up to 9 working hours for us to respond and provide a proper resolution. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
