Shipping Policy

We ship the products in 2-3 working days for Metro Cities and 4-6 days for Non-Metro Pan India. 

                                                    How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders in India are generally delivered within 5-8 working days, depending on the shipping address and factors such as public holidays or extreme weather conditions. In rare instances, delivery may take up to 2 weeks due to product availability. For certain areas, such as Jammu & Kashmir and the North East, delivery times can extend to 10 working days.

We provide free shipping on all Prepaid Orders, for all cash on delivery orders we charge Rs.40 as Cash on Delivery charges, depending on the location.

COD/Shipping charges will be borne by New Variety Stores , and is included in the total MRP of the Product.

All our products are shipped via Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart and EcomExpress on the pincode.

The Courier services are subject to change based on the availability and partnership changes. 

All our delivery orders are linked to the mobile number provided at the time of purchase. An OTP will be sent to that number, and once the OTP is shared with the delivery agent, your order will be marked as delivered. However, if the order is not received, we will initiate a full refund after conducting a proper investigation, which takes up to 10 working days.

If you receive a delivery notification but haven't received the product, please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will promptly escalate the issue with our courier partner to resolve it. Beyond this period, we may be unable to take action, and we will not be liable for any losses.

All disputes will be governed by the jurisdiction of West Bengal only.
